I’m Nicolás, a Colombian bartender with over 7 years of experience in the industry. I’ve worked in top bars and boutique hotels in both Australia and Colombia.
My love for drinks and flavours has taken me across Colombia, where I’ve discovered an incredible variety of exotic fruits that you won’t find in traditional cocktails. I created this experience to share the incredible biodiversity of Colombia with the world and offer a fun, educational, and immersive cocktail-making session for travelers.
